This bookish post was started by Kathryn at The Book Date, check her out! Basically this post is just my way of sharing what I’m currently reading and a place for you to share what you’re reading. I’m constantly looking for ways to grow my TBR, but my most favorite way is through book recommendations from other bloggers. Please make sure to comment below with what you’ve read this past week!
Demons Lie is yet another novel by one of my favorite authors, Sherry Ficklin. This was an awesome read where Sherry Ficklin ventured out from her typical Historical Romance books into a new genre, paranormal romance. I love the way she writes as the romance was adorable and really added to the plot. I would recommend checking out Sherry’s work if you never have before.
The Rule of One was a really awesome read! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one. It is set in a future America that is full of surveillance and propaganda and there is a one child rule. The characters focused on are twins who have been pretending to share the same identity their whole life. I have read similar novels recently like Mirage and Impostors, but The Rule of One is very high action and kept me on the edge of my seat. Look out for my review.
I literally JUST finished The Rule of One, but this is up next on my list. I have heard a TON of good things about this book, especially with the recent #blogoween prompt of Top 5 Witchy Books. So many people had this on their list and I recently got a copy, so I am trusting the judgement of my fellow bloggers in hopes that this is as amazing as they say.
What Am I Reading Next?
These are the titles that are up next on my TBR. I am not sure EXACTLY what I want to read next, but these are all on my list! I would love to know if you’ve read any of these or are going to read any of them and what you thought.
