Top 5 Thrillers

This is a Blogoween prompt from one of the hosts Anna @ The Bursting Bookshelf Blogoween is almost over, but if you want to check out the information click here! There were tons of spooky and festive prompts and it’s been a lot of fun participating and reading everyone’s posts.
These are 5 of my favorite thriller novels for this spooky season! (These are in no particular order.) Click the titles to read my reviews. Don’t forget to comment below and tell me some of your favorite thrillers!
Sadie by Courtney Summers
This book was everything I wanted. It had amazing characters, a good plot and it broke my heart. The book is told alternating from Sadie’s point of view and then a podcast. The alternating chapters kept you flipping the pages. I absolutely loved this one.
One of Us is Lying by Karen McManus
This book had me feeling like a detective the whole time. It felt like a mystery version of the breakfast club. I loved it, but was a little bit disappointed in the ending, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
The Cheerleaders by Kara Thomas
I just read this one and I tore through it so fast. I typically don’t like novels that focus on cold cases, but this was plotted so well and there were also flashback scenes included. I highly recommend this one!
Jar of Hearts by Jennifer Hillier
I loved this book. The main character provides a perspective that I don’t think you get often in thrillers. It’s a little morally gray at times, but that’s what makes it such a good read. I raved about this book all summer long. Check it out!
Believe Me by J.P. Delaney
This book was an awesome psychological thriller. As the title says you never know what to believe in this book. This book hooked me by the end of the first chapter, I would advise starting this when you have time to finish it in one sitting.
These are all on my TBR list with of exception of Jar of Hearts as I have read that one already. Great choices 🙂 Some of my favourite thrillers include The Other Woman by Sandie Jones, Baby Teeth by Zoje Stage and Jane Doe by Victoria Helen Stone

I hope you do! There were a few months where all I was reading were thrillers. Now I’m reading fantasy novels again.
